What tools do I need?

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). If you already use these, you are set. No new software required.

How much of my time does this take?

One 60-minute call per week plus 1-2 hours of async input (answering questions, reviewing documents). The heavy lifting is on my side.

What if I only need help with one or two departments?

The Process Audit Call ($297) identifies which departments need work. If the scope is smaller, we adjust the engagement and price accordingly.

Do you build custom AI tools?

I set up AI automations on your documented processes using tools you already have or can access (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make). I do not build custom software.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You own everything. Every SOP, template, and automation lives in your Google Drive. Your team can maintain and update it without me. If you want ongoing support, we can discuss a retainer.

That is the most common starting point. Zero documentation is fine. The whole point of Week 0 is to figure out where you are and build from there.
