Systems Partner · 3 months · Done with you
Pick one department. I work with two of your people weekly for 3 months. We map every process, build the systems in your existing tools, then install AI side by side. Add another department when you are ready. Start small. Scale as the wins compound.
The problem
You buy the tool. It works in the demo. Your team tries it for two weeks. Six weeks later, everyone is back to the old way. The tool was never the problem. The process was.
“AI is a multiplier. If your process is a 2, AI makes it a 4. If your process is an 8, AI makes it a 16. The leverage is in the base number.”
How it works
Per department. 12 weekly calls across 3 months. Two of your people in every session. By month 3, the systems are live and the AI is running on top of them.
60-minute diagnostic. We walk through your current systems across the department you want to start with. You leave with a priority map of what to document first and where AI fits.
Weekly calls with your 2-person team. We pull every recurring workflow out of people's heads and document it in Google Docs. Triggers, owners, handoffs, outputs. By week 4, the whole department is written down.
We turn the SOPs into working systems. Templates in Google Docs. Trackers in Sheets. Install VS Code or Claude Code where your team needs real tooling. The team learns to use them alongside me, not just from me.
With processes documented and systems live, we identify which steps AI handles. Drafting, reminding, categorizing, summarizing. I build the automations side by side with your team so they can maintain them after I leave.
What's included
You own every document, template, and automation. Everything lives in your Google Drive.
Two people per department work alongside me every week. They ask questions, build with me, and own the systems after I leave. No single-point-of-failure knowledge.
Every recurring workflow documented with steps, owners, triggers, and handoff points. Start with one department. Add more at the same rate.
Built in Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive. Plus hands-on install of VS Code, Claude Code, or Gemini where your team needs actual tooling.
60-minute calls each week with your 2-person team. Working sessions, not theory. Async support between calls for blockers.
I do not hand you a finished automation. We build it together so your team can maintain and extend it after I leave.
If you want ongoing support or to add another department, continue at $20,000 per 3 months. No pressure, no auto-renewal.

Results
Real outcomes from real engagements. Each one started where you are now.
“We mapped our entire sales follow-up process in one afternoon. Turned out three leads were falling through the same gap every week. We patched it with a shared sheet and two automated reminders. Revenue went up 22% the next month. The AI part took 20 minutes.”
“Built a scraper that pulled companies using competitor platforms. Fed the list into a targeted outreach sequence every week. Reps stopped cold calling blind. Pipeline from competitive displacement doubled in one quarter.”
“New hires used to take 3 weeks to ramp. We documented the onboarding process in a single Google Doc with AI-generated checklists. Now it takes 8 days.”
“Our content output tripled after we documented the repurposing SOP. Same team, same hours. We just stopped starting from scratch every time.”
“Customer complaints were handled differently depending on who picked up the phone. One documented escalation path fixed it. AI now drafts the first response. Team just reviews and sends.”
“I thought I needed to hire two more people. After mapping the ops workflows, I realized I needed better handoffs. Same team handles 40% more volume now.”

FAQ
No. The minimum is one department for 3 months at $22,500. Most companies start with the department that is bleeding the most time or revenue, get results, then add the next one.
Two people per department. Ideally the person who owns the work and one person who wants to grow into systems thinking. They build alongside me so the knowledge stays when I leave.
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). That is the base. During the engagement I install and train your team on VS Code, Claude Code, or Gemini where it makes sense for your workflows.
One 60-minute call plus 2-3 hours of work between calls (building, documenting, testing). The people in the calls treat this as part of their job, not an extra project.
Your team owns everything. If you want to add another department or keep ongoing support, the retainer is $20,000 per 3 months. No auto-renewal. You decide when the work is done.
I build automations alongside your team using Claude Code, Gemini, Zapier, Make, and your existing tools. We write the scripts and workflows together so your team can maintain them. I do not build proprietary software you cannot touch.
Companies with a team of 5 or more and real recurring workflows. I have done this at Fortune 500 companies (Constellation Energy, AECOM) and at startups. The methodology scales.
Yes. The $297 audit is a standalone deliverable. You get a full diagnostic and priority map. If you decide to move into the Systems Partner engagement, the audit fee applies to your first month.
That is the most common starting point. The whole point of Week 0 is to figure out where you are and build from there.
